The master of the cocktail practices what he preaches…
Atomic cocktail pioneer SHAG proved that his cultural currency is still sound as a pound when his latest show, “Conspicuous Consumption” opened to a packed house on Saturday nite at BILLY SHIRE FINE ARTS. The sold-out exhibit showcased six new large, traditional canvases, alongside 100 6″ x 6″ mini-paintings (all priced at $999.99 a piece) packaged like toys in vinyl bags with printed header cards. Supertouch’s TIM BISKUP strapped on his fez and facial murkin and made the scene with daughter Tigerlilly in tow and he brought the Leica. PEEP THE RECAP:
